1. How can I place my order?
You can place your order on-line, via fax, through the mail or you
can contact one of our live friendly customer care representatives
who will be happy to take your order. For your convenience, we have
an order form that you can print off of our website and mail it
in with your check/money order or fax it to us. Please ensure that

3. When can I expect my order?
All orders are processed immediately and shipped the same or next
day. Deliveries usually take between 3 and 5 business days depending
on where you live. We ship from Canada so most packages must clear
customs. Due to increased security through customs this can occasionally
add a one or two day delay. In general, packages to the USA take
3-5 business days and normally not longer than 10 business days.
International delivery varies, often 1-2 weeks but we do ask that
you allow up to 21 business days for delivery Internationally. Back

given to anyone else?
All information that we receive is for our purposes only. We have
a strict company policy against giving out customer information

5. How secure is my credit card?
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order
is placed. However, if you are concerned about sending your information
over the internet, you can choose to print off an order form and
fax, mail or call in your order and credit card information. We
don't know of any cases of credit card fraud using our shopping

9. What is the return policy?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the performance of our
products, you are entitled to a full 100% money-back refund of your
purchase price. (Less shipping costs). In order to obtain a refund,
the following instructions must be followed:
(1) if the product(s) has not been used, you must return the product(s)
to Gay Herbals within 30 days of the original purchase
date, together with a short note stating "what" is being
shipped back, and "why" it is being returned; or
(2) if the product(s) has been used, you must return the unused
portion of the product(s) in its original container to Gay Herbals within 45 days of the purchase date, together with a letter
indicating the procedure followed during product use, the end results
of using the product, and "why" you are dissatisfied with
the product's performance. Upon receipt of these, a full refund
of the purchase price will be immediately made to the purchaser,
and your feedback will be promptly reviewed by our Quality Assurance
Department as part of our continuous quality improvement program
